Bestival’s Summer of Love is all about positivity, peace & love, and bananas not guns. We want all people, all sexes, all ages, all cultures to come together and to share the good times, to celebrate the simple joy of unity, to feel the unparalleled pleasures of dancing shoulder to shoulder with wonderful strangers and loving every second. We want the greatest party of all time. And we know you do, too.
With more than a decade of costume party bonanzas at Bestival UK, this year we thought it only right to extend the love across the pond and share our burning passion for all things glitter and shimmer. From bell-bottomed flower braided hippies to psychedelic headscarves, Saturday will host our fantastical costume parade, weaving and winding a harem of sequin shapes and Summer of Love splendor through Woodbine Park.
